Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Performance
Achieve regional Sell-in and Sell-out targets
Monitor and drive sales performance in all assigned territories.
Expand product coverage and develop new retail outlets.
Monitor PSI levels and ensure healthy inventory management.
Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
2. City Manager Management
Directly manage and supervise the City Managers
Monitor KPI achievement and overall team performance.
Improve operational efficiency and execution standards across the regions.
Provide coaching, training, and performance guidance to City Managers.
3. Dealer and Retail Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key retail partners.
Ensure company policies, merchandising standards, and sales programs are properly implemented.
Strengthen business cooperation with regional partners.
4. Reporting and Cross-Functional Coordination
Prepare and submit regular sales and business reports to HQ.
Coordinate closely with Retail, Marketing, After-sales, and other relevant departments.
Ensure effective execution of company strategies and projects in all assigned regions.
5. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and incentive programs.
Collect market intelligence and provide actionable insights.
Propose initiatives to improve TECNO's market position and business performance.
